At 19, I learned relationships were most important to me in life. At 28, I knew that I am to work with spirituality inside of business and shortly thereafter felt light pouring out of my body so that people around me were transfixed by my experience. The next two years were a period of deep transformation and growth as my essence became my presence, clearing out what was not supportive of Who I Am. In my thirties I have opened to relational authority as a business leader to help the planet heal and grow. I raise the vibration of organizations by reflecting people as Who They Are and influencing capital investment and strategy to include relationship maturity and unity design.
Neelu Jain is a founder of the Soulstice Design Group, dedicated to raising the vibration of business relationship. Neelu has significant knowledge and experience in advising for-profit and social profit businesses and non-profits. Her core expertise lies in integrating key aspects of organizational growth and strategic and financial planning with transformational leadership. Prior to consulting, Neelu managed a $2 million yoga operation and worked as a product marketing manager for eGain Communications, an enterprise software company in Silicon Valley. She also co-founded Allergy Haven, an allergy response device company.
Neelu holds an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, where she ran its nationally known business plan competition and served as a teaching assistant and advisor for multiple entrepreneurial courses and programs. She earned her BA from Dartmouth College with high honors where she led a successful effort to revise distribution requirements.
